Introduction to Laserdie
Laserdie is a small family run firm that had its humble beginnings back in 1972 when it was founded by brothers Bill and Ted Musgrave under the name of Lennac Formes & Dies Ltd.It grew rapidly and acquired its first laser in 1979 and registered Laserdie as a trading name at that time. The company continued to grow spurred on by its commitment to technology and innovation. We purchased our current 6000 sq.ft. premises in 1993 and installed a second laser in 1996.Bill Musgrave retired in 1998.Bill has continued to contribute to Laserdie as a consultant. His expertise is still a valuable asset to us with a lifetime of experience within the industry and a former lecturer at The London College of Print. He was also honored in 2002 with an O.B.E. for his contribution to education. His share of the company has been passed on to his two sons John and Ted (jnr) Musgrave. We have subsequently dropped Lennac Formes & Dies Ltd. as our title in favour of Laserdie Ltd.We provide tooling for a number of industries including:-Pharmaceutical PackagingFood PackagingCorrugated PackagingMedia Packaging (music, books, DVD's etc.)Point of SaleRubber and Plastics (gaskets, seals etc.)Laserdies' current capacity and facilities: -
